We currently deliver to eligible cities and towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

• Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across eligible locations in Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and keep the exact payment ready.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking details (when available) so you can monitor your shipment.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the package and products.
